The Chronicles of Mega-Mart: A Trail of Oregano

Welcome to Mega-Mart!

While shopping with your mother one day, you get distracted by one of the many wonderful products on display, and she unwittingly wandered away, leaving you all alone! But you can't cry - heroes don't cry! 

True heroes persevere (a big word your father taught you) until they do what needs to be done! With your sword by your side, and a penchant to turn regular things into fantastical encounters, you set off on your mighty quest to find "the Queen" your mother!

This Oregon-Trail-inspired game was made in two weeks for AdvJam2023 by Michelle "SeaFishelle" Lehto. Music is by Michelle Glen, and the voice of the boy was provided by Cobain Makokis (with parental permission). All other relevant credits are provided in-game.
